- Softwood Elegance flush casement window.
- 2 openers. Rebated casements to give a FIRE ESCAPE opening. The left casement when looking from outside opens as the main opener.
- Fully finished in white.
- Hardex chrome ironmongery with multipoint locking.
- Friction (projecting) hinges.
- Double glazed with clear glass.
- Cottage design with stick on glazing bars.
- Energy rated B with a u value of 1.4.
- White trickle vents and draught seals.
- Stub sill.
This window is a new, unused item, but is sold as a second as it cannot be replaced or replicated. This may carry very slight marks due to transport, which may need to be rectified during fitting.
