Door set with Arched Toplight

This item has the following specification:

• External frame size of 1560mm wide x 2630mm high. An additional photo shows a drawing of the different frame sizes.
• Door size is 27"x79½".
• Fully draught sealed.
• Prehung in the frame with a multipoint lock system using adjustable hinges.
• Hinges are on the right, when looking from outside.
• Door opens inwards.
• Brass handles.
• Double glazed with obscure toughened glass to the toplight and sidelights.
• Door and frame are fully finished, but may need touching up. The inside at the bottom of the door as a slight scuff that we have tried photographing.
• Door set will be delivered as you see it in the picture, fully assembled.
• The top arched section could be removed by the customer if required. To the joint of the top section is 2134mm. The head timber is quite thick though, so the buyer could reduce this further to around 2.1m with no issue. 

This door set is a new, unused item, but is sold as a second as it cannot be replaced or replicated. This may carry very slight marks due to transport, which may need to be rectified during fitting. Anything more serious than this will be documented above.
