Hardwood Sapele Door and Frame 2052x2490xmm SR12

This item has the following specification:

• Door and frame solid Sapele construction. 
• Please note that there is no hardwood sill to the bottom of the frame. We can supply a  door frame sill seen on another listing with an additional cost.This is 44mm thick - so if needed it would increase the overall height.
• Unglazed to suit 24mm double glazed units. Glass can be supplied, please message for a quote.
• Dark stained on the outside and a wood stain colour used internally.
• Multi-point locking.
• Measured at 2052x2490xmm overall with door being 900x2010mm wide. Width x height.
• Door pre-hung in frame.
• 57mm thick.
• Prefinished, but due to being transported several times may just need a re-coat or touch up. 
• We have had to make minor aletrations on the frame as the ironomngery had been done for the wrong handing, so please view the photos to see that we have had to  splice in hardwood where the hinges had been placed  and the keeps on the opposite side. This has no detremental effect and door swings and works properly.
• Excellent price, as having something similar to this made would be over £6,000.00 as a like for like product.

This door and frame set is a new, unused item, but is sold as a second as it cannot be replaced or replicated. This may carry very slight marks due to transport, which may need to be rectified during fitting. Anything more serious than this will be documented above.
