These Oak folding external patio doors, sometimes referred to as bifold or trifold doors are an end of line item (the manufacturer is no longer trading) and so are being sold at a fraction of the normal price.

This particular folding external patio door set has the following spec:

• Door "C" is water marked on this set. Sold as PAINT GRADE.  
• External frame size of 2994x2094mm.
• 44mm thick door leaves. 
• Engineered core, over-veneered and lipped in Oak.
• Unfinished, for you to apply high build stain or high build paint to your chosen colour scheme, bearing in mind that door C is paint grade.
• 3+1 Door arrangement. 3 folding to one side with a single door opening the opposing way.
• Glazed with toughened 16mm argon filled double glazed units. The glass has a slight tint due to the low E coating. The glass spacers are a mix of silver or black in the door set.
• You can choose the handing during fitting so the doors can fold to whichever side is required.
• Top rolling folding door system for easy operation.
• Multipoint locking, with brushed chrome fittings.
• Brown trickle vents, situated in the head of the frame.
• Hybrid timber and aluminium cill.
• Door leaves fold to the outside. 
• U-Value of 1.8.
• Door set is flatpacked, but all ironmongery is prefitted. The only cutout you may have to make is for the lock barrel. Full fitting instructions are supplied.
