Softwood Frame, Ledged and Braced Apertured Garage Doors

This is a mis-made set of doors. Its completely new and unused, but was made incorrectly in our works so is being sold off at a cheaper price. The doors have the following specification:

• Made at a size of 1902mm wide and 2145mm tall. 
• The right door is 1220mm as the centre is offset.
• The right door is rebated over the left, meaning that the right door has priority if the doors open outwards, or the left will if they open inwards. This is when standing outside looking in. 
• They have our stick on glazing bar type as per the below description.
• No glass is supplied with the doors. They are beaded to accept 4mm glazing. Glass could be provided at extra cost. 
• No frame is supplied, just the doors. 

This is our newly revamped design of our apertured garage doors using stick on glazing bars. These have a host of advantages to them, such as:

• No need to purchase any extra beading packs, all beading is included and is pre-cut to fit.
• Only 2 pieces of glass are required, saving you money in both glass and your joiners time in fitting it. Glass can be purchased separately.
• Smaller, more elegant glazing bar profile at 23mm wide as opposed to 45mm on the old style, letting way more light in and giving a more traditional appearance.
• Inner glazing bars are fixed in place as part of the door, so only the external side require sticking on to the glass.
• The external stick on bar is built into a grid, and is cut to fit, so is simply one piece to fit rather than lots of small beads.
• Made entirely in our own works, with our own joiners to ensure quality.   

 These doors have the following specification:-

• Apertured to accept single glazing. Glass is purchasable from another listing.
• Manufactured from joinery grade kiln dried Scandinavian redwood pine.
• 44mm thick stiles; frame, ledged and braced construction.
• 14mm thick matchboarding; 26mm thick backrails. Good solid construction.
• Fully beaded.
• 23mm stick on glazing bars. Inner bars are stapled in place as part of the construction of the door. Outer bars will require adhering to the glass with something like silicone, clear "no nails" or double sided tape (not included). 
• Rebated meeting stiles. Right hand door opening out first as you look at the boarded side.
• To be side hung, usually with hooks and bands.
