The measurements at the top of the page are width x height. This particular window has the following specification.

• The outside is aluminium clad in green, with the inner being off white painted timber.
• 800x1195mm.
• Size in brackets is for search purposes only and is the closest standard size. 
• Double glazed, with clear glazing.
• Inward opening casement. Hinged on the right viewed from the inside.
• Tilt and turn design, for easy cleaning.
• This model has electric blinds and a fly screen built into it.
• White ironmongery.
• No sill or trickle vents.

This window is a new, unused item, but is sold as a second as it cannot be replaced or replicated. This may carry very slight marks due to transport, which may need to be rectified during fitting.
