EX DISPLAY FOLDING DOORS

Folding sliding doors made in engineered softwood, fully finished in white. The specification of this item is as follows:

• External frame size of 2095mm wide x 2095mm mm high.
• Fully finished white, in a 3 part microporous paint system.
• Aluminium hybrid self draining sill. This is a timber face bonded to an aluminium undersection. This is an important feature of these doors as the aluminium section is self draining to minimise the amount of water that touches the timber of your sill.
• Opening left to right, with the main opening door on the left (when viewed from outside). 
• Top rolling system for easy operation.
• 3 point multi-point locking system to the main door. 1 lockable slide bolt and one non locking slide bolt.
• No trickle vents.
• Fully draught sealed.
• Doors all open to the outside.
• Double glazed with 24mm thermally efficient, toughened, argon filled units.
• Frame assembled and doors removed for transport. 
• All fittings included.
• These doors have been our display model for a number of years, so will need a good clean down and potentially a new coat of paint during fitting. 

No warranty is supplied with the doors, other than the statutory requirement.
