The measurements at the top of the page are width x height. This particular window has the following specification.

• Actual size of 1345mm wide x 1800mm high.
• The size in brackets is for search terms only and is the closest standard size. 
  
• Top section is double opening with side hung casements. The bottom casements are fixed shut.
  
• Fully finished in White.
• Glazed with 24mm of clear non-toughened glass in upper panes. 
• Glazed with 24mm of clear toughened glass in lower panes.
• Stub cill. 
• Silver handles.
• Reflex hinge.
• Multi-point locking mechanism. 
• As you will see in the additional photo, HW250, 251 and 252 can be stacked on top of each other to form a very tall window.
  
• Manufactured from engineered timber for greater stability and strength.

This frame is a new, unused item, but is sold as a second as it cannot be replaced or replicated. This may carry very slight marks due to transport, which may need to be rectified during fitting.
