Collection

Items are to be collected from our main address at 22 Kirkby Folly Road, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 5HN. We are open 8am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. 

Weekday Collections

Please take into account the type of item you have purchased and ensure you can transport it. Also, you need to allow adequate loading time for the item. We would advise arriving no later than 4pm on the day of collection as the shop closes strictly at 5pm. If your order is large, or you have larger heavier items, please let us know when you intend to collect. Some items are at our storage depot and need to be brought to the main shop. General timber products and smaller orders are usually always available and don't need to be prebooked. If you are in any doubt, however, please let us know when you want to collect.

Saturday Collections

You can collect your goods on a Saturday by appointment only. Mostly, this is no issue, but we ask for appointments as we work on skeleton staff at the weekend so need to ensure your goods are ready during the working week to facilitate Saturday collections. Again, please aim to arrive no later than 4pm to allow adequate loading time.

Things to Consider

When you collect your goods, please ensure they are correct before leaving the store. When you collect your items, if there is a problem with them, you will be responsible for returning them, even if they are incorrect on our part. As with all other goods, you have 48hrs to report any issues with the items or organise return of them.
