It is an used, industrial staircase that we have recently removed from a building we have just purchased. It is from a mezzanine floor, but could be used for a variety of industrial use.

The specifications for the small set of wide stairs are:

• A rise of 760mm.
• An overall width of 1300mm.
• An overall length 1765mm including platform.
• A going of 810mm.
• Handrails both sides.
