Top casement is top hung, bottom window is hinged on the left when viewed from outside.
Fire escape window, due to there being no horizontal bar in between the top and bottom casement.

This window set is a new, unused item, but is sold as a second as it cannot be replaced or replicated. This may carry very slight marks due to transport, which may need to be rectified during fitting. Anything more serious than this will be documented above.
